NADCAP ACCREDITED
ANODIZE
Metal Chem Inc. has developed an approved immersion process in full compliance with NADCAP specifications – and provides two types and two classes of electrolytically formed anodic coatings on aluminum and aluminum alloys for non-architectural applications.
ZINC PLATING
Metal Chem Inc. has developed an immersion process in full compliance with the zinc specification along with Hydrogen Embrittlement Treatment Required for high strength steels above 1200 MPa (39 HCR) as well as surface hardened parts.
PASSIVATION
Passivation processes remove free iron, foreign substances from the stainless steel surfaces. The controlled Passivation process utilized acid solutions which dissolves entrapped metals, substances and contaminants byproduct of machining or fabrication processes.
PHOSPHATE CONVERSION
Metal Chem Inc. provides zinc phosphate conversion coating to steel and iron surfaces in several applications. Our coating is corrosion-resistant, and prevents galling, scuffing, and seizing of moving parts. It can serve as a uniform, non-reflective finish, or be used as primer for highly decorative painted finishes.
ELECTROLESS NICKEL
Electroless Nickel plating process is a controlled autocatalytic chemical reduction deposition of nickel-phosphorous alloy coatings on metal and composite surfaces for Military and Commercial applications.
